Rates & Insurance
- $150 for the initial, 50-minute assessment.
- $125 per follow-up session.
I currently accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and IU Health Plans. If you have another insurance provider, then you can speak with your insurance company about using my services as an out-of-network provider. I may provide you with a receipt of services, which you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Prior to our first meeting, I will investigate how your insurance will cover my services and provide you with a summary. It is still your ultimate responsibility to know how your benefits work, but I find that providing an initial summary is helpful to clients. When we meet, I will bill your insurance for you and you will be responsible for any amount you owe up front.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of service. Payment by cash, check or credit card is accepted.
Payment information is required when you schedule to reserve your appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided notification at least 24 hours in advance, then you will be required to pay 50% of the full cost of the session. This policy applies to those who have insurance as well.
